Service · Private practice website

A practice website that gets found and books first sessions.

Most clients find a therapist by searching, reading two or three sites, and booking the one that answers their questions: do you treat what I'm dealing with, do you take my insurance or what will it cost, and how do I start. We write and build a site that answers all three, on your own account, in about three weeks.

$2,500, flat. Paid 50% at signing and 50% at launch.

Everything included

  • Up to 8 pages: home, about, each specialty, fees and insurance, FAQ, contact
  • Written for you from a one-hour interview, in plain language
  • Fees page with the good faith estimate notice, and the insurance plans you take
  • Booking or consultation-request link from your EHR (no client details sent by plain email)
  • Search basics: titles, local schema, sitemap, Google Search Console and Business Profile
  • Fast, phone-first and accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Hosted on your own account, so you own it
  • 60 days of changes after launch

The pages

  • Home: who you help, how you work, your license, and one clear way to book or ask.
  • About: your training, approach and the person behind the license, in your own voice.
  • A page per specialty (up to four): anxiety, trauma, couples, teens, substance use, whatever you really focus on. These are the pages that rank, because people search for the problem, not the credential.
  • Fees and insurance: your fee, sliding scale if you offer one, the plans you're in network with, and superbills for out-of-network clients. Self-pay clients are entitled to a good faith estimate, and the page says so (see our cash-pay practice guide).
  • FAQ and contact: the questions clients ask before the first call, your office or telehealth area, and the booking link.

Done right for a health practice

  • No client details by plain email. The booking or consultation link goes through your EHR (in Cima EHR, online booking and intake forms are built in), not a contact form that emails symptoms to your inbox.
  • No ad trackers on clinical pages. HHS has warned that tracking technology on a provider's site can disclose health information (HHS guidance on online tracking). We count visits and bookings without sending page details to ad platforms.
  • What your license allows. Titles and services match your Texas license and supervision status; an associate's site names the supervisor where the board requires it. Our guides for LPCs, LCSWs and LMFTs cover the rules.
  • Accessible and fast. Built to WCAG 2.1 AA and readable on a phone, where most people will see it.
  • Search basics done properly: a title and description per page, local business data, a sitemap, Google Search Console and your Business Profile, following Google's SEO starter guide.

Questions

How long does it take?

About three weeks from the interview to launch, most of it waiting on your review. The interview is an hour; the review takes most clinicians an evening.

Do I need to write anything?

No. We write it from the interview and your materials, and you edit what doesn't sound like you.

Will it get me clients?

No one can promise that. A site with a page for each problem you treat, in your city, with clear fees and an easy way to book, is what search engines and clients both reward, and Search Console will show you what it's being found for.

I already have a SimplePractice or Psychology Today page. Do I need a site?

Those help, and we'll keep yours current. A site of your own is the page you control, the one that can rank for your specialties, and it stays yours if you change EHRs or directories.
