Service · Treatment program website

A treatment center website that ranks, passes review and fills the program.

Most program websites fail in one of three ways: nobody finds them, the ad platforms won't run them, or they quietly send visitors' health information to Facebook and Google. We build the site the way we built this one: a page for every service and city you serve, marketing that holds up to the patient-brokering laws, and an inquiry path your admissions team can actually work.

$10,000, flat. Paid 40% at signing, 40% when the draft site is ready for review and 20% at launch.

Program website
$10,000 flat
Up to 25 pages, written for your program, live on your own hosting account, with 90 days of changes after launch.

For IOP, PHP and outpatient SUD or mental health programs. Practices: see the practice website.

Why a treatment program site is different

A dentist can buy a template, turn on ads and wait for calls. A substance use program can't, for three reasons:

  • The ad platforms check you first. Google and Meta require addiction treatment advertisers to be certified (in the US, through LegitScript) before ads run, and LegitScript reviews the website itself: licensure shown, no misleading outcome claims, no hidden lead-generation. Our LegitScript guide walks through what it looks for.
  • The laws on referrals reach your marketing. EKRA (18 U.S.C. 220), the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and the Texas patient-brokering laws make it risky to pay per lead, per call or per admission, and to buy from call centers that route people to whoever pays most. A site that depends on those sources is a liability. See patient brokering laws and marketing a treatment center.
  • Visitors' health information is protected. HHS has warned that tracking pixels on a provider's pages can disclose protected health information to the tech company (HHS guidance on online tracking). For a program that holds itself out as treating substance use, 42 CFR Part 2 adds its own limits. Most agency sites install the Meta and Google tags on the admissions form by default.

We run a licensed Texas outpatient program ourselves, so we write the site from the inside: what the program day looks like, what insurance a family can expect to use, and what happens on the first call.

Everything included

  • Up to 25 pages: each level of care, who you treat, the program day, insurance, admissions, family, staff and location
  • Written by people who run a licensed program, from your clinical program and policies
  • Marketing reviewed against patient-brokering, EKRA and FTC rules: no misleading claims, no lead-sellers
  • Ready for LegitScript certification and Google Ads healthcare review
  • Insurance and admissions pages with a HIPAA-safe inquiry form and 42 CFR Part 2 notice
  • Search: a page per service and city you serve, schema, sitemap, Search Console and Business Profile
  • Call and form tracking without sharing client data with ad platforms
  • Fast, phone-first and accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA), hosted on your own account
  • 90 days of changes after launch

The pages we build

PageWhat it does
HomeWho you treat, the levels of care, your license and accreditation, and one clear way to call or ask.
A page per level of carePHP, IOP, outpatient, aftercare: hours, a sample day, who it fits, how long it usually lasts. These are the pages people search for (IOP vs PHP vs OP is the question behind most of them).
Who you treatSubstance use, co-occurring mental health, adults or adolescents, veterans: only what your license and staff really cover.
InsuranceThe plans you're in network with, how verification works, and what a family can expect to owe, in plain words. No logos for plans you aren't contracted with.
AdmissionsWhat happens on the first call, the assessment, what to bring, and the inquiry form (asks for the minimum, sends nothing to ad platforms).
FamilyHow families take part, what they can and can't be told without consent, and the family program schedule.
Staff and locationClinical team with real credentials, the address, parking and transit, hours, and photos of the actual building.
A page per city you serveWritten about that city: distance, the local plans, the referral partners you really work with. No copy-and-swap city pages, which search engines treat as doorway pages.
NoticesPrivacy practices, the Part 2 notice, nondiscrimination and language access, accessibility statement.

The rules it's built to

  • Claims you can back up. No success rates you can't document, no "cure", no "100% covered". Testimonials only with written consent, and never from a current client.
  • No hidden lead routing. Your phone number and your name on every page; no third-party call-center numbers.
  • Privacy by default. Analytics that count visits and calls without sending page-level health details to ad platforms, and an inquiry form that goes to your secure inbox or EHR, not to plain email.
  • Accessible. Built to WCAG 2.1 AA: readable on a phone, usable with a keyboard and a screen reader, captions on video.
  • Search done properly. Titles and descriptions per page, structured data, a sitemap, Google Search Console and your Business Profile, following Google's own guidance. It's the same build that runs this site.

How it works

  1. Kickoff call (90 minutes): your levels of care, payers, service area, staff, and what makes your program different. We read your policy manual and program description.
  2. Site plan in a week: every page, its search terms and its purpose, for you to approve.
  3. Draft site in about four weeks: written, built and reviewed against the marketing rules above. You and your clinical director review it.
  4. Launch: on your own hosting account and domain, with Search Console, Business Profile and analytics connected.
  5. 90 days of changes, then a hand-off: the logins are yours, and you can keep us on or not.

Bought with the IOP / PHP Program Launch ($24,500), the site goes live in time for your opening and your license number goes on it the day it's issued.

What's not included

  • Hosting and the domain, paid by you to your own accounts (usually a few dollars to about $25 a month for a site like this).
  • LegitScript's own application and annual fees, and any ad spend.
  • Professional photography (we'll give you a shot list), and translation beyond the language-access notice.
  • Running your ads. We'll set the site up so it passes review; managing campaigns is separate.

Questions

Why $10,000 when a template costs a few hundred?

Because the expensive part of a program website isn't the design. It's writing 25 pages that are accurate about your clinical program, reviewed against the marketing laws, built to rank for the services and cities you serve, and set up so admissions can track calls without leaking health information. A site that can't run ads, or that has to be pulled after a LegitScript or privacy problem, costs far more.

Do you guarantee rankings or admissions?

No one honestly can. We build the site the way search engines and reviewers ask, and we show you in Search Console what it's ranking for. Rankings come from being genuinely useful over time.

Can you get us LegitScript certified?

LegitScript decides. We build the site to its published standards and help you prepare the application; our LegitScript guide lists what it asks for.

Who owns the site?

You do. It's built on your hosting account and domain, and every login is yours from day one.

We already have a site. Can you fix it instead?

Often, yes. Book a free call and we'll look at it with you; a partial rebuild is quoted by the hour ($175 per hour) or as a fixed project.
